I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas, leads Anchored Counseling & Therapy, PLLC, with over 20 years of experience counseling children of all ages and their families. I hold a Master’s Degree of Education in Counseling and Administration from the University of Houston-Victoria, and is a  Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate- supervised by Dr. Vaughn Bryant, LMFT-S. I  serves as the Board Secretary for the Houston Counseling Association and is an active member of the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapists. My therapeutic style is person-centered and incorporates strategies from Cognitive Behavioral and Brief Solutions-Focused therapies. I specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression,  self-esteem, and relationship concerns.
